 Although the market is still slower than it was 4 or 5 years ago and it will take some time before we fully recover,  the recovery period could bring prices back to 2003 levels and people are beginning to realize that now is an incredible time to buy or sell a home.  Low interest rates are still available and new short sale regulations may mean more listings for buyers at lower prices and help for sellers that are in need of it.
