Brian has lived  in Colorado for the past 12  years.  He has spent six years in residential and commercial development along the front range which eventually moved him into Real Estate sales and Investment properties.  He moved to Colorado to pursue his interests in rock climbing, snowboarding, running and ultra marathon cycling.  He believes that property whether for primary residence or investment is never a bad decision cause "God quit making land along time ago".  Brian in his leisure time participates in triathlon, duathlon and in September of 2009 ran his first full marathon (26.2 miles).

Shari was born and raised in Boulder and has spent twenty years collectively in customer service, management, marketing and sales.   She loves all that Colorado has to offer such as beautiful sunsets and mountains to hike and climb. With her management background and attention to details, Shari brings a level of confidence to all of the Four Sail Realty transactions.  Shari also enjoys participating in triathlon, marathon and adventure sport races.  September of 2009 Shari and Brian both participated in the Dakota Five-O (50 mile) single track mountain bike race in the Black Hills of South Dakota.
