We wanted to thank you for the tremendous job you did in helping us sell our house. When we came to you we had to sell our house quickly because of a job transfer to Philadelphia. We were also panicked because houses on the market were taking an average of 90 to 120 days to sell and we simply could not wait that long.
Your expert advice, knowledge of real estate industry, and current market trends reassured us that things would go well. Indeed, the process of selling our house went better than we could possibly imagine as our house came under contract in 10 days! Of course that is not the end of the story. The buyer was a bear to deal with, asking for many things that we felt were unreasonable. Nevertheless, you consistently and immediately approached every situation with the highest professional demeanor and with our best interest in mind.
Throughout the process you were very candid in discussing the finer points of the real estate industry, were always available, amazingly flexible, and highly motivated to do what ever it would take to sell our house at the price we wanted and in the time we needed.
